Briar House is situated a little away from one of the main streets in Clyst Honiton in a quiet position, shaded by trees at one side and facing a grassy open garden at the other.
Even though it is no more than about 600 metres away from the western end of Exeter Airport’s runway it does not suffer much from the noise from aircraft taking off or landing.
Your living and sleeping area is separate from the main house with your own entrance in and out of the property. This means you can get on with your stay without us getting in your way. In short, it is an ideal place to spend the night before departing by air to foreign shores or on return from far away places before continuing home.
